It can measure your weight and BMI and features dual weighing modes so you can weigh either yourself or an item such as an express package or your fruit and vegetables in 'static mode'.
Perfect for the whole family, it automatically identifies each family member and can store up to 16 user profiles. You can even test your balance level by closing your eyes and standing on one foot.
Simply connect to the Mi Fit app to view all your health data in one place. The app will let you see all your data in one easy-to-read graph so you can track your progress and take control of your activities.

If you're wondering what the difference is between this one and the Mi Smart Scale, the Mi Body Composition Scale 2 can measure 13 precise data points to give you a more realistic picture of your health and fitness. While the Mi Smart Scale 2 can record your weight and BMI, the Mi Body Composition Scale 2 can measure your weight, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, bone fat, protein rate, visceral fat, basal metabolism, health score, water percentage, body size/shape, and estimated overall body age. That's a lot of important information!
