Beware of Fake Xiaomi Electric Scooters

Unfortunately, we have had a few customers bring their scooters in for a service job only to find out that they were not authentic Xiaomi scooters - different motor, different parts, different app, etc.

Please be careful and do your research when purchasing Xiaomi products elsewhere as we cannot service products that don't use authentic parts from Xiaomi.
